These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website [www.thegreenglove.org] and any services we provide, including valet trash collection, recycling pickup, on-demand bulk removal, and related property waste management solutions.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or engaging our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or signing a service agreement with The Green Glove, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
These Terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the website or services following changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
2. Description of Services
The Green Glove provides the following services:
Doorstep valet trash collection
Scheduled recycling pickup
Trash bin cleaning
On-demand bulk item pickup
Smart tracking tools and customer support
Educational and sustainability initiatives for residents and communities
These services are available through residential contracts, property manager agreements, or community-wide service plans.
3. Use of the Website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree:
Not to engage in unauthorized access, damage, or disruption to the website or our services.
Not to use the website to send unsolicited messages or advertising.
Not to use our branding or content without permission.
Misuse of our website or impersonation of our company, clients, or staff is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
4. Service Eligibility
Our services are available to:
Authorized property managers or owners with a valid contract.
Residents of communities under a The Green Glove service agreement.
Individuals booking one-time or on-demand services where permitted.
The Green Glove reserves the right to refuse or suspend service to any property or user in violation of these Terms or local laws.
5. Scheduling, Access & Pickup Procedures
Residents must place waste or recycling items in approved containers or bags and in designated pickup areas (e.g., outside apartment door) during the scheduled window.
Items not in compliance (e.g., loose trash, oversized debris, hazardous materials) may not be collected.
Missed pickups due to improper placement or obstruction will not be refunded.
On-demand services require 24–48 hours’ advance notice and may be subject to availability.
Property managers must ensure that our team has clear access to buildings and disposal areas.
6. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
Payments are due based on the selected service plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
Late payments may incur fees and/or lead to service suspension.
Returned checks or payment reversals may result in additional charges.
We reserve the right to revise pricing with 30 days’ written notice.
Online payment processing is handled securely via third-party platforms. The Green Glove is not liable for external payment gateway errors.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Recurring services may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice by either party.
On-demand services canceled within 12 hours of scheduled pickup may not be eligible for refund.
No-shows or blocked access on the day of service may result in full charges.
Refunds, if applicable, are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Green Glove shall not be held responsible for:
Damage to trash containers due to misuse or poor condition.
Loss of personal property improperly discarded as trash.
Property damage caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., severe weather).
Health issues related to exposure to unbagged trash or hazardous materials not disclosed.
In no event shall The Green Glove’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the client in the three months preceding any claim.
9. Prohibited Materials
We do not collect or dispose of the following without prior written agreement:
Hazardous or medical waste
Explosives, firearms, or ammunition
Paint, solvents, or flammable liquids
Refrigerators or items containing Freon
Construction and demolition debris (unless otherwise arranged)
Violation of these conditions may result in service termination or legal consequences.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, text, logos, images, designs, and website elements are the property of The Green Glove and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
11. Privacy & Data Usage
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, store, and use personal data submitted via our website, mobile app, or service platforms.
12. Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Green Glove and its staff from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
Breach of these Terms
Improper use of our services
Violations of local, state, or federal law
Damage or injury caused by negligence or misuse on the client’s part
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
